Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across our steel manufacturing operations. This role will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with international quality standards, and lead a team of quality professionals to maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs for quality deviations and customer complaints
• Manage quality audits, inspections, and certifications across manufacturing processes
• Drive Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the value chain
• Mentor and develop a team of 15+ quality engineers and technicians while fostering a quality-first culture

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within steel, metals, or heavy manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems, statistical process control, and quality tools
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is mandatory
• Proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects with measurable results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
