Project Head - Residential Development

We are seeking an accomplished Project Head to lead the execution of a premium residential township project in North Bengaluru. This senior leadership role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of 500+ villa and apartment units.

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning to handover for a 40-acre residential township development
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including civil, MEP, architecture, and landscape consultants
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
• Implement project governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and quality assurance processes
• Interface with statutory authorities for approvals, clearances, and compliance requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years leading large residential projects
• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects of 300+ units on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction technologies, building codes, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to manage 100+ site personnel
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities
