Private Banker - Ultra HNI Segment

We are looking for an accomplished Private Banker to manage relationships with Ultra HNI clients, providing bespoke wealth management solutions and driving business growth. This role demands exceptional relationship management skills and deep understanding of wealth products and investment strategies.

• Manage portfolio of Ultra HNI clients (net worth ₹50 Cr+) and deliver personalized wealth management solutions
• Drive asset acquisition through comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and customized product offerings
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets through cross-selling of wealth products including PMS, AIF, structured products, and estate planning
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite
• Collaborate with product teams, investment specialists, and legal advisors to structure complex wealth solutions
• Organize exclusive client events, wealth seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance client engagement

• 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management with Ultra HNI clients
• Proven track record of managing assets under management (AUM) of ₹200 Cr+ and achieving consistent revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and insurance
• NISM certifications (Series V-A, X-A, X-B) and other relevant wealth management certifications mandatory
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage CXOs and business owners
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Established network within Bengaluru's affluent community and business ecosystem
