We are looking for a Principal Learning Platform Architect to design the next generation of our learning management infrastructure that personalizes education for millions of students. This strategic role involves architecting scalable, adaptive learning systems that leverage AI, analytics, and content delivery technologies to create engaging educational experiences.

• Architect end-to-end learning platform infrastructure supporting 150+ million students with personalized learning paths
• Design adaptive learning systems using ML algorithms to customize content difficulty and pacing based on student performance
• Build scalable content delivery systems for video streaming, interactive simulations, and gamified learning experiences
• Define technical strategy for learning analytics, student progress tracking, and educator dashboards
• Lead platform evolution from monolithic to microservices architecture ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with product, content, and pedagogy teams to translate educational concepts into technical solutions

• 11+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in platform architecture roles
• Deep expertise in building large-scale consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users
• Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, CDN optimization, and content delivery at scale
• Experience with adaptive learning systems, recommendation engines, or personalization algorithms
• Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), SCORM, xAPI, or educational technology standards is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from premier institutions
