Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and retention through paid digital channels. This role will own the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proven expertise in scaling customer acquisition while optimizing marketing spend efficiency.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels
• Drive user acquisition targets while maintaining CAC efficiency and achieving ROAS objectives
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior to derive insights and inform marketing strategy decisions
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop compelling campaigns and optimize conversion funnels
• Manage relationships with agency partners and ad platform representatives to leverage best practices and beta features

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of ₹1+ crore and achieving growth targets
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Experience in app marketing, mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch), and mobile-first campaign strategies
• Excellent understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing funnel optimization
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
