ML Engineer

This ML Engineer role involves designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models for enterprise clients across BFSI and retail domains. The position requires expertise in end-to-end ML pipeline development, from data engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for business problems in recommendation systems, fraud detection, and customer analytics
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers to design robust data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training
• Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for production environments handling millions of transactions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering and model deployment
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ML services like SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and recommendation systems
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices including Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data engineering concepts, and big data technologies like Spark
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field from premier institute
