Lead Growth Engineer - Marketing Technology

We are seeking a Lead Growth Engineer to build and scale marketing technology platforms driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will architect systems for campaign management, personalization, and marketing automation serving millions of users across multiple business verticals.

• Lead engineering efforts to build scalable marketing technology platforms including campaign orchestration and customer engagement systems
• Design and implement personalization engines, recommendation systems, and targeting frameworks for marketing campaigns
• Build real-time decisioning platforms to optimize marketing spend across channels including push, email, SMS, and in-app
• Architect data pipelines and attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI across customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and drive engineering excellence in martech infrastructure

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on backend systems and distributed architectures
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang with experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Deep understanding of marketing technology stack including CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Experience with event-driven architectures, real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), and big data technologies
• Strong knowledge of personalization, recommendation systems, and A/B testing frameworks
• Experience in consumer tech companies with focus on growth engineering or marketing platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
