Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving subscriptions and revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can coach teams, optimize processes, and consistently exceed sales targets.

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 inside sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and team performance dashboards
• Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to enhance team capabilities
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and sales processes
• Handle escalations and maintain high standards of customer experience

• 7+ years of experience in inside sales with at least 3 years in team management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), and analytics
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Data-driven approach with ability to derive insights and take corrective actions
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
