HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align people initiatives with business objectives for our supply chain and operations vertical. This role requires a consultative approach to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement at scale.

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategies that drive business performance for 2000+ employees
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs
• Drive organizational transformation and change management programs aligned with business growth and restructuring
• Design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance retention and build high-performance culture
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and talent acquisition priorities
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a tier-1 institute
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP or strategic HR roles
• Experience working in e-commerce, logistics, technology, or high-growth startup environments
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
• Expertise in talent management frameworks, OD interventions, and HR analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
