We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns for our personal care portfolio, driving brand equity and market share growth. This role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and P&L ownership for multiple brands.

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of personal care brands with combined revenue of ₹500+ crores
• Develop brand positioning, consumer insights, and innovation pipelines to drive category growth
• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels
• Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and performance metrics for brand investments
• Collaborate with sales, product development, R&D, and agency partners to deliver integrated solutions
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 10+ brand managers and executives

• 12-16 years of marketing experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and market share in competitive categories
• Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making abilities
• MBA from a premier institution with specialization in Marketing
• Deep understanding of Indian consumer markets, retail landscape, and digital ecosystems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities
