Head of Marketing

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This role requires a dynamic marketing leader who can blend brand building with performance marketing in a high-growth D2C environment.

• Define and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Lead a team of 15+ marketers across brand, performance, content, social media, and partnerships
• Plan and execute 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns across digital, television, OOH, and events
• Manage annual marketing budgets exceeding ₹100 crores with strong ROI focus
• Build strategic partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and content creators to amplify brand reach
• Drive innovation in customer engagement, community building, and brand experiences

• 10-14 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong background in consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven success in building brands from scratch or scaling them to market leadership
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and integrated campaign management
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• MBA from a premier institution preferred
• Strong creative instincts combined with analytical and data-driven decision making
