Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth across our product suite. This role will own the end-to-end growth strategy, from ideation to execution, working cross-functionally to scale our marketing efforts.

• Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, display, and email
• Develop and optimize conversion funnels to improve customer acquisition cost and lifetime value metrics
• Lead experimentation framework using A/B testing, growth hacking techniques, and data analytics to drive scalable growth
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹5 crore annually with clear ROI accountability
• Build and mentor a team of growth marketers and performance specialists

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA from tier-1 institute preferred
• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles, preferably in fintech or SaaS
• Deep expertise in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, and attribution platforms
• Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition by 3x+ through data-driven marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and marketing automation
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience managing marketing budgets of ₹2 crore+ with measurable business impact
