We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Pricing and Marketplace team. You will develop predictive models and optimization algorithms that power dynamic pricing, supply-demand matching, and driver incentives. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, real-world problems at scale, directly impacting business outcomes and customer experience.

• Build predictive models for demand forecasting, surge pricing, and supply-demand balancing across geographies
• Develop optimization algorithms for driver allocation, route planning, and marketplace efficiency
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive product and business decisions
• Design and execute A/B experiments to test hypotheses and measure impact of data science initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research roles
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Python or R with hands-on experience in libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or TensorFlow
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (Hive, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies
• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field preferred
• Prior experience in mobility, marketplaces, e-commerce, or dynamic pricing is a strong plus
