The Curriculum Designer will lead the development of mathematics curriculum for grades 6-10, creating engaging content that aligns with CBSE/ICSE/State boards. This role requires strong academic expertise, instructional design skills, and passion for transforming how students learn mathematics.

• Design comprehensive mathematics curriculum covering algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics for grades 6-10
• Develop engaging lesson plans, practice problems, assessments, and learning resources aligned with multiple board patterns
• Collaborate with content writers, animators, and video production teams to create multimedia learning experiences
• Conduct pedagogical research to incorporate latest teaching methodologies and cognitive science principles
• Review and quality-check content created by team members ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives
• Analyze student performance data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness

• M.Sc/M.A. in Mathematics from premier institution; B.Ed strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in curriculum development, content creation, or teaching mathematics
• Deep understanding of CBSE, ICSE, and State board syllabi for secondary education
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical frameworks, Bloom's Taxonomy, and instructional design principles
• Experience with digital content creation and familiarity with EdTech platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Passion for education and student learning outcomes
