As a Curriculum Designer, you will architect comprehensive learning frameworks for Mathematics and Science programs targeting grades 6-10. This role demands a strategic approach to curriculum development, blending pedagogical expertise with digital innovation. You will lead a team of content creators and subject matter experts to develop engaging, outcome-driven learning modules.

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board requirements
• Lead curriculum mapping exercises ensuring progressive learning outcomes and skill development
• Collaborate with animation, graphics, and video production teams to create engaging digital content
• Conduct regular curriculum audits and incorporate feedback from teachers, students, and parents
• Establish quality benchmarks and review processes for all curriculum deliverables
• Mentor and guide a team of 6-8 content developers and subject matter experts

• Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field; B.Ed mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in curriculum design, with at least 4 years in K-12 education
• Deep understanding of CBSE/ICSE curriculum structures and learning outcome frameworks
• Proven track record of designing curricula that improve student engagement and learning outcomes
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple curriculum projects simultaneously
• Experience working with digital learning platforms and EdTech products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to pedagogical detail
