The Curriculum Designer will create world-class learning content and pedagogical frameworks for K-12 programs aligned with CBSE and ICSE curricula. This role requires a blend of subject matter expertise, instructional design skills, and understanding of digital learning methodologies. You will work with content creators, animators, and product teams to deliver engaging learning experiences.

• Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks and learning pathways for K-12 mathematics and science
• Develop detailed lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessment strategies aligned with board requirements
• Create storyboards and scripts for video content ensuring pedagogical effectiveness
• Collaborate with animation and production teams to bring curriculum vision to life
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure content accuracy, engagement, and learning outcomes
• Stay updated with educational trends, NCERT changes, and board examination patterns

• 7+ years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or teaching in K-12 education
• Strong subject matter expertise in mathematics and science (Class 6-10)
• Deep understanding of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and pedagogical frameworks
• Experience with instructional design methodologies and learning theories
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in education or relevant subject; Master's degree preferred
• Prior experience in EdTech or digital content creation is a strong advantage
