Credit Manager

We are seeking a Credit Manager to manage corporate and SME lending portfolios, conduct credit assessments, and ensure portfolio quality. This role requires deep understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and relationship management with corporate clients.

• Evaluate credit proposals for corporate and SME clients including term loans, working capital, and trade finance
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment of borrowers
• Structure credit facilities, negotiate terms, and prepare credit appraisal reports for approval
• Monitor existing loan portfolios, track early warning signals, and manage stressed accounts
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and credit risk frameworks
• Collaborate with relationship managers to support business growth while maintaining asset quality

• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA qualification from recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate credit, SME lending, or credit risk management
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit rating models, and banking regulations
• Experience in credit appraisal for manufacturing, services, and trading sectors
• Knowledge of loan documentation, security creation, and legal aspects of lending
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and risk assessment abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
