Cluster Head - Retail Banking

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Head to lead 15-20 retail branches across Mumbai zones. This leadership role requires driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious targets.

• Lead and manage 15-20 branches with full P&L accountability for the cluster
• Drive retail asset and liability business growth including home loans, personal loans, savings accounts, and credit cards
• Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers and Relationship Managers across the cluster
• Ensure 100% compliance with RBI regulations, audit standards, and internal policies
• Develop and execute localized market strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor branch performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions

• 10+ years of experience in retail banking with at least 3 years in cluster/regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of achieving retail banking targets with consistent overachievement
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, credit policies, and risk management
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading teams of 100+ employees
• MBA in Finance or related field from a recognized institution
• Deep knowledge of Mumbai market dynamics and customer segments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
