Cluster Head - Retail Banking

• Manage P&L for Ahmedabad cluster comprising 25+ branches with combined business targets exceeding ₹2,000 crores
• Drive business growth across retail liabilities (deposits), retail assets (home loans, personal loans, auto loans), and fee-based products
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch managers and 250+ banking professionals across the cluster
• Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets for business metrics, customer acquisition, and product penetration
• Drive operational excellence initiatives including process adherence, audit compliance, and service quality standards
• Implement market expansion strategies, competitive positioning, and branch performance optimization programs

• 10-16 years of banking experience with at least 4 years in cluster or regional leadership roles in retail banking
• Proven track record of managing multi-branch operations with business responsibility of ₹1,000+ crores
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, credit policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with experience developing high-performing sales teams
• Deep market knowledge of Gujarat region with established relationships in business and professional communities
• MBA or PGDM from reputed institution; additional banking certifications like CAIIB preferred
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
