Regional Retail Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee operations for 40+ stores across Gujarat, driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, P&L management, and the ability to scale retail operations effectively.

• Oversee operations of 40+ stores across Gujarat with accountability for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead store managers, drive performance management, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards
• Monitor key retail metrics including footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value, and inventory turns
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams for new launches and promotions
• Conduct regular store audits, mystery shopping, and compliance checks
• Drive capability building programs, talent development, and succession planning for store leadership

• 8+ years of experience in retail operations with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site management role
• Strong understanding of P&L management, retail analytics, and operational excellence frameworks
• Experience managing large teams (100+ employees) across multiple locations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
• MBA in Retail Management or related discipline preferred
• Experience in organized retail formats such as fashion, grocery, or electronics
