Cluster Head

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Head to lead and manage 25-30 retail branches across Ahmedabad and surrounding regions. This leadership role involves driving business growth, managing branch operations, ensuring customer excellence, and building high-performing teams to achieve ambitious sales and service targets.

• Lead business development and operational management for 25-30 retail branches with combined deposits of ₹1500+ crores
• Drive sales targets across liabilities (deposits, current accounts), assets (loans, credit cards), and third-party products
• Recruit, train, and manage branch managers and banking staff ensuring high performance and motivation
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, internal audit requirements, and risk management protocols
• Monitor branch profitability, NPA levels, and operational efficiency metrics
• Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, HNI customers, and local business communities

• 10+ years of banking experience with at least 4 years in cluster/regional management roles
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in retail banking including deposits, loans, and fee income
• Strong understanding of banking products, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance
• MBA in Finance/Marketing or equivalent; banking certifications (JAIIB/CAIIB) preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 150+ team members across multiple locations
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in banking systems and MS Office
• Strong local market knowledge and network in Ahmedabad region
