Category Manager - Fashion & Lifestyle

We're hiring a Category Manager to own and drive the P&L for our Women's Western Wear category, one of our highest-revenue segments. This strategic role requires merchandising expertise, vendor management skills, and data-driven decision-making to drive category growth and customer satisfaction.

• Own category P&L with revenue responsibility of ₹150-200 crores annually across Women's Western Wear
• Develop and execute category strategy, assortment planning, and pricing strategies aligned with market trends
• Manage relationships with 100+ brand partners and coordinate product launches, campaigns, and inventory
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and market trends to optimize product mix and merchandising
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to drive category visibility and conversion
• Lead weekly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning with senior leadership

• 7-10 years of category management, merchandising, or buying experience in fashion/lifestyle retail
• Proven track record of managing high-revenue categories with demonstrated P&L ownership
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and online merchandising strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and e-commerce analytics platforms
• Experience negotiating with brands/vendors and managing complex partner relationships
• MBA from tier-1 institution or equivalent experience in e-commerce/retail preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
