We are looking for a Category Head to lead the biscuits portfolio, driving brand strategy, innovation, and P&L ownership. This strategic role requires deep FMCG expertise and the ability to shape category vision while delivering aggressive growth targets.

• Own end-to-end P&L for the premium biscuits category with revenue responsibility of ₹800+ crores
• Develop long-term brand strategy, innovation roadmap, and portfolio architecture for the category
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, sales, and marketing to launch new products
• Drive market share growth through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and strategic positioning
• Manage annual marketing budgets exceeding ₹60 crores with clear ROI accountability
• Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to design channel-specific go-to-market strategies

• 10-15 years of experience in brand management and category leadership within FMCG
• Strong track record in managing large P&Ls and delivering consistent top-line and bottom-line growth
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand-building frameworks
• Experience in product innovation, NPD launches, and portfolio optimization
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
• MBA from a premier B-school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.)
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and business acumen
