The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with business teams to drive data-backed decision making across key verticals. This role involves building analytical frameworks, developing dashboards, and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.

• Design and develop advanced BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for business stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, restaurant performance, delivery metrics, and marketplace dynamics
• Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Build predictive models and analytics solutions to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth
• Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to enable self-service analytics capabilities
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership influencing strategic business decisions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimental design
• Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Prior experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses preferred
