Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution for one of our flagship hair care brands. This role will drive brand innovation, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen market leadership.

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy to drive volume and value growth across channels
• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and agencies to launch new products and campaigns
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Manage P&L responsibility for the brand portfolio and optimize marketing ROI
• Build and execute 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, print, and retail
• Partner with sales teams to develop trade marketing strategies and drive distribution expansion

• 8-12 years of brand management experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or beauty categories
• MBA from a premier institute with strong academic credentials
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and market share gains
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand positioning
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce channel management
