Brand Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for one of our flagship food brands. This role involves brand P&L ownership, campaign planning, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive market share and brand equity.

• Own brand strategy, P&L, and annual marketing plans for a ₹500+ crore food brand
• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Lead consumer research, competitive analysis, and innovation pipeline development
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and R&D teams to drive new product launches
• Manage agency partnerships for creative, media planning, and activation
• Monitor brand health metrics, market share, and ROI on marketing investments

• 7+ years of brand management experience in FMCG, preferably in foods or beverages
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand building principles
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and brand campaigns
• Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and storytelling capabilities
• MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with Marketing specialization
• Proficiency in Nielsen data analysis, media planning, and budget management
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
