Brand Manager

• Develop and execute annual brand plans including positioning, communication strategy, and innovation roadmap
• Manage brand P&L with responsibility for revenue of ₹500+ crores and marketing budgets
• Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams
• Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Conduct consumer research and market analysis to identify insights and growth opportunities
• Monitor brand health metrics, competitive landscape, and sales performance to drive corrective actions

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school with specialization in Marketing
• Minimum 7 years of brand management experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or foods category
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with proven track record of driving brand growth
• Deep understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and brand building
• Experience in managing large marketing budgets and agency relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Creative mindset with passion for innovation and consumer-centric marketing
