Brand Manager

• Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plans to achieve volume and value targets
• Lead new product development and innovation pipeline from concept to launch
• Design and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns across TV, digital, print, and in-store activations
• Manage brand P&L, marketing budgets, and track ROI on marketing investments
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and agencies to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency

• MBA from a premier business school (IIM, XLRI, ISB, FMS, or equivalent)
• 8+ years of brand management experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving brand growth
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail landscapes in India
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies
• Creative mindset with experience working with creative and media agencies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
