Backend Developer

We are seeking a Backend Developer to build and scale microservices that power our payment infrastructure. This role involves designing high-performance APIs, optimizing database queries, and ensuring system reliability for millions of concurrent users. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to products that impact India's digital economy.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Node.js, or Go
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Optimize database performance and implement caching strategies
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

• 6+ years of experience in backend development with strong programming skills
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
