AI Product Manager

The AI Product Manager will lead the development and deployment of machine learning products that power Swiggy's core capabilities including demand forecasting, delivery optimization, and personalization. • Define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives across delivery, search, and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and performance measurement of ML models in production
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful product launches
• Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize AI products to improve user experience and business outcomes
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML trends and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies

• 8-12 years of product management experience with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deployment challenges
• Proven track record of shipping successful AI-powered products at scale in consumer tech companies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in food-tech, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery platforms preferred
