AI Product Manager

As AI Product Manager, you will define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered features across Ola's mobility platform. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that enhance rider experience, optimize operations, and drive business outcomes. This role requires strong technical understanding and product management expertise.

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives including demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and personalization
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy AI models at scale
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product requirements and features
• Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on business metrics and user feedback
• Work with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems and ensure reliability
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• Strong technical background with understanding of machine learning algorithms, model deployment, and MLOps
• Experience building and launching AI-powered consumer products at scale
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams in cross-functional settings
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms strongly preferred
