AI Product Manager - Generative AI

We are hiring an AI Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of cutting-edge generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. This strategic role combines technical depth in AI/ML with product management excellence to design, build, and scale AI products that solve complex business problems.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for generative AI products including LLM-based applications, conversational AI, and content generation tools
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and UX designers to translate business requirements into AI product features
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, development, launch, to continuous optimization
• Engage with enterprise clients to understand pain points, gather requirements, and demonstrate AI product capabilities
• Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive product enhancements and innovation
• Work with go-to-market teams to position AI products, create demo environments, and support sales efforts

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products or platforms
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA), prompt engineering, and AI ethics
• Proven track record of launching successful AI products with measurable business impact and client adoption
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with data science teams and understand model architecture and limitations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies, product analytics tools, and enterprise B2B product development
