The Academic Head will lead the design, development, and quality assurance of K12 academic content across subjects and grades. This strategic role requires deep pedagogical expertise and ability to scale content production while maintaining educational excellence.

• Define academic vision and content strategy for K12 programs aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board curricula
• Lead team of 50+ subject matter experts, content developers, and academic reviewers
• Ensure pedagogical rigor and alignment with learning outcomes across all content modules
• Drive innovation in content delivery formats including videos, assessments, practice modules, and gamified learning
• Establish quality frameworks and review mechanisms to maintain high academic standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to enhance learning effectiveness

• 10+ years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, or teaching with minimum 5 years in senior roles
• M.Ed or PhD in Education from reputed institution; additional subject matter expertise in Math/Science preferred
• Deep understanding of Indian education boards (CBSE/ICSE/State), competitive exams, and learning psychology
• Proven track record of building and scaling academic content teams in EdTech or publishing
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver high-quality content within tight timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Passion for education and commitment to improving learning outcomes for millions of students
