The Academic Head for K12 Mathematics will lead curriculum development, pedagogy design, and academic excellence across all mathematics programs. This role involves creating engaging content, training teachers, ensuring learning outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of academic delivery across BYJU'S Tuition Centres.

• Lead the mathematics curriculum team to develop comprehensive learning frameworks aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board syllabi for classes 4-10
• Design innovative pedagogy, teaching methodologies, and assessment frameworks to improve student learning outcomes and concept clarity
• Oversee content creation including lesson plans, worksheets, practice materials, and digital learning resources for mathematics
• Conduct teacher training programs, academic workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives for 200+ mathematics teachers
• Monitor academic quality across centers through classroom observations, student assessments, and learning outcome analysis
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate adaptive learning features and personalized learning paths

• 9-13 years of experience in K-12 mathematics education with at least 5 years in curriculum development or academic leadership
• Master's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a recognized university; B.Ed mandatory
• Deep understanding of CBSE, ICSE, and major state board mathematics curricula across elementary and secondary levels
• Proven track record of improving student learning outcomes through innovative teaching methodologies
• Strong content development skills with ability to create engaging, age-appropriate mathematics learning materials
• Experience with edtech platforms and digital pedagogy integration in mathematics instruction
• Excellent communication and training skills with ability to inspire and develop teaching teams
