We're seeking an Academic Head to lead our K12 Mathematics curriculum development and content strategy. This leadership role involves designing pedagogically sound learning frameworks, managing academic teams, and ensuring content excellence.

• Lead the academic vision and strategy for K12 Mathematics curriculum across grades 6-12
• Design and oversee development of engaging, pedagogically sound learning content aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state boards
• Manage a team of 20+ content developers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers
• Ensure academic rigor, accuracy, and alignment with learning outcomes across all mathematics content
• Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to create innovative learning experiences
• Drive quality assurance processes and continuous improvement of academic content based on student performance data

• 10+ years of experience in academics with minimum 5 years in leadership roles
• Master's degree or PhD in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional design, and pedagogical frameworks
• Strong understanding of Indian education boards (CBSE, ICSE, State) and competitive exams
• Experience in ed-tech or digital content development preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for education and transforming student learning outcomes
