The Zonal Head will oversee sales operations, revenue growth, and team performance across the Eastern Zone covering West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, and parts of Bihar. This leadership role requires driving market expansion, managing multi-store operations, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Lead and manage sales performance across 200+ retail stores in the Eastern Zone
• Develop and execute zone-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets of ₹150+ crores annually
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Officers
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and customer satisfaction across all outlets
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimize inventory and promotional campaigns

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in retail sales, with at least 4 years in zonal/regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks and achieving double-digit revenue growth
• Strong understanding of footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail industry
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team building capabilities
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools
• MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
