Territory Sales Officer

We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Officer to manage retail operations and drive sales growth across Pune territory for our watches and accessories division. This role involves direct oversight of 15-20 exclusive brand outlets and multi-brand retail partnerships.

• Drive sales performance across assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage and coach retail store teams to enhance customer service excellence and conversion rates
• Execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal sales initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and visual display compliance across outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management and retail partners
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail sales with at least 3 years in territory management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in lifestyle, fashion, or luxury retail
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work retail hours including weekends
