Zonal Head - B2C Sales

We are hiring a Zonal Head to drive B2C sales growth across South Zone covering Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai markets. This strategic leadership role involves building sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and achieving aggressive revenue targets across multiple service categories.

• Lead B2C sales operations across South Zone with revenue responsibility of ₹150+ crores annually
• Build and manage high-performing sales teams of 150+ members across multiple cities
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through innovative sales strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize customer experience and conversion funnel
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure achievement of quarterly sales targets, GMV goals, and profitability metrics for the zone

• 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing multi-city operations
• Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, or services sector
• Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, CRM, and sales analytics
• MBA from premier institutions preferred; graduation mandatory
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and scaling sales teams from scratch
• Data-driven approach to decision making with proficiency in sales dashboards and analytics tools
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India and relocate if required
