Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies for technology and consulting verticals across India. You will build talent pipelines, drive campus and lateral hiring programs, and ensure exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring targets across technology, consulting, and digital domains
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Lead campus recruitment programs across premier engineering and business schools
• Build strong talent pipelines through employer branding, referrals, and innovative sourcing channels
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment consulting
• Manage a team of recruiters and drive performance metrics including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in IT/technology recruitment
• Proven track record of hiring for technology roles including software engineering, cloud, data, and digital
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience managing campus recruitment programs and building university partnerships
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
