The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and leadership positions across North India region, managing a team of recruiters and driving strategic hiring initiatives. This role requires building talent pipelines for critical skill areas and ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for technology, digital, and leadership roles across North India operations
• Manage a team of 8-10 recruitment specialists, setting targets and monitoring performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche skill areas through proactive sourcing strategies
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and talent needs
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities to attract top talent
• Implement data-driven recruitment processes and optimize time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment for technology and IT services organizations
• Strong expertise in various sourcing channels including social media, job portals, and employee referrals
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
• MBA in HR or related field preferred; professional HR certifications are a plus
• Deep understanding of technology roles, job market trends, and competitive talent landscape
