Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead campus and lateral hiring initiatives for technology and consulting practices, managing a team of recruiters and achieving aggressive hiring targets. • Lead talent acquisition strategy for technology hiring with monthly targets of 200+ offers across lateral and campus channels
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build and lead a team of 10+ recruiters and coordinators, ensuring quality hiring and process compliance
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives across Tier-1 and Tier-2 engineering colleges
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and candidate quality

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA in HR preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in volume hiring for IT services, consulting, or technology companies
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives
