SOC Lead

We are looking for an experienced SOC Lead to manage and oversee our 24x7 Security Operations Center, responsible for threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring for global enterprise clients. This leadership role requires a seasoned cybersecurity professional who can lead security analysts, implement advanced threat hunting techniques, and coordinate responses to sophisticated cyber threats. You will play a critical role in protecting client infrastructure and ensuring compliance with security frameworks.

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 security analysts across three shifts operating a 24x7 SOC
• Oversee security incident detection, analysis, containment, and remediation using SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Develop and optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures for various incident types
• Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and proactive security monitoring to identify emerging threats
• Coordinate with client stakeholders during security incidents and provide detailed incident reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with security standards including ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR

• 10-14 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in SOC operations and team leadership roles
• Strong expertise in security technologies including SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with threat intelligence, incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS), and security orchestration (SOAR)
• Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, cyber kill chain, and advanced persistent threats (APTs)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC (GCIH, GCIA) highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
