SOC Lead

The SOC Lead will head the Security Operations Center, managing 24x7 security monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence operations. This role requires a seasoned cybersecurity professional who can lead teams, drive security excellence, and protect critical infrastructure.

• Lead and manage the SOC team of 15+ analysts across shifts ensuring 24x7 security monitoring coverage
• Oversee threat detection, incident response, and security event analysis using SIEM and advanced security tools
• Develop and refine SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for various attack scenarios
• Coordinate major security incidents, lead forensic investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports
• Implement threat intelligence frameworks and proactive threat hunting initiatives
• Collaborate with clients for security advisory, reporting, and continuous improvement of security posture

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in SOC leadership role
• Strong expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR, and security monitoring tools
• Deep understanding of attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), threat intelligence, and incident response methodologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or CEH required
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and crisis management capabilities
