SOC Lead

The SOC Lead will oversee the 24x7 Security Operations Center, managing incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring activities. This role requires strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in enterprise security operations.

• Lead and manage a team of security analysts across multiple shifts in the SOC
• Oversee incident detection, analysis, containment, and remediation processes
• Develop and implement SOC playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with threat intelligence teams to proactively identify emerging threats
• Generate executive reports on security posture, incidents, and trends
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SOC tools, processes, and capabilities

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in SOC leadership roles
• Strong expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR, and IDS/IPS solutions
• Hands-on experience with incident response, malware analysis, and forensics
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, or CEH required
• Proven ability to manage and mentor security teams
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
