Senior Software Architect

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions for our global clients. This role demands strategic thinking, technical excellence, and the ability to mentor and guide large development teams across multiple geographies.

• Design and architect complex, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients across various domains
• Lead technical strategy and roadmap development for key client engagements worth $10M+
• Mentor and guide teams of 50+ engineers across multiple projects and geographies
• Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, and establish best practices
• Collaborate with client CXOs and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and frameworks

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in architecture roles
• Deep expertise in Java, .NET, Python, or similar enterprise technologies
• Proven experience designing microservices, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architectures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with C-level executives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
