Senior Product Manager - Growth

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for our fintech platform. This role requires a data-driven product leader who can identify growth opportunities, run experiments at scale, and optimize the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and engagement across the PhonePe ecosystem
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to optimize conversion funnels and reduce user friction
• Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize product initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to launch features that drive measurable business impact
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track growth initiatives and communicate results to leadership
• Partner with data science teams to build predictive models for user lifetime value and churn prevention

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on growth products
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, data analysis tools, and A/B testing frameworks
• Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement in consumer-facing digital products
• Deep understanding of user psychology, behavioral economics, and growth hacking techniques
• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• MBA or technical degree from tier-1 institutions preferred but not mandatory
