Senior Product Manager - Fintech

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives in our payments infrastructure vertical. This role will drive product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience and scale our platform.

• Define and execute product roadmap for payments infrastructure ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and business to deliver high-impact features
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities
• Own product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria while driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure product adherence to RBI guidelines
• Present product strategy and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in fintech or payments domain
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep understanding of UPI, digital payments ecosystem, and regulatory landscape
• BTech/BE from premier institutions; MBA from top-tier business schools preferred
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments with agile methodologies
