Senior Product Manager - B2B Platform

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our B2B payments and banking platform serving enterprise customers. This role involves defining product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that help businesses optimize cash flow, automate reconciliation, and streamline financial operations.

• Define and execute product roadmap for B2B payment solutions including vendor payments, payroll, and bulk disbursements
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and product gaps
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality features that drive user adoption and revenue
• Define product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria; analyze usage data to measure impact and iterate on features
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market strategy and product adoption
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to leadership teams

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA from tier-1 institution is a plus
• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments domain
• Strong understanding of payment systems, banking operations, and financial workflows for enterprises
• Proven track record of launching successful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them to significant revenue/user base
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
• Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture
