Senior Manager - Business Intelligence & Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics function, driving data-driven decision-making across supply chain and operations. You will build and lead a team of analysts while partnering with senior leadership to unlock strategic insights.

• Lead a team of 8-12 data analysts and BI developers to deliver actionable business insights
• Design and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks for supply chain optimization and operational excellence
• Partner with C-suite executives and business leaders to translate data insights into strategic initiatives
• Build predictive models and forecasting systems to improve demand planning and inventory management
• Establish KPI frameworks and automated dashboards for real-time business monitoring
• Drive A/B testing initiatives and experimentation culture across product and operations teams

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles
• 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing analytics teams
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and advanced statistical analysis techniques
• Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven track record in e-commerce, marketplace, or supply chain analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• MBA or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field
