The Senior Management Consultant will lead strategic engagements across industries, working closely with C-suite executives to solve complex business challenges. • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including problem structuring, analysis, and recommendation development
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions
• Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee meetings to drive alignment on strategic priorities
• Develop and present compelling recommendations to C-level stakeholders and board members
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing guidance on problem-solving approaches and client management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for extended partnerships

• MBA from top-tier business school (IIM A/B/C, ISB, or international equivalents)
• 9+ years of experience with at least 5 years in management consulting or strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in strategic frameworks and business analysis
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
• Deep expertise in one or more industries such as BFSI, Consumer Goods, Technology, or Healthcare
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required
